​At Evolve Hair Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To maintain a respectful and positive environment for both our artists and guests, we have established the following policies. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

In consideration of our stylists and fellow guests, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or adjust your service booking.
Cancellations made within 36 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
For no-shows or last-minute cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled service, the full service fee will be charged prior to booking any future appointments.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and respectful schedule for everyone.
Cell Phone Etiquette at Evolve

We love seeing your inspirational photos and sharing before-and-after moments with you! To create a peaceful environment for all, we kindly ask that you keep your phone on silent or vibrate during your appointment. Please be considerate of others around you, and feel free to capture your experience when appropriate. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm and welcoming space for everyone!
Return & Exchange policy
We are happy to exchange any unopened, unused products with proof of purchase within 7 days of your purchase.
Allergy or Reaction-Based Returns: These will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues.
Hot Tools: Warranties for hot tools vary by supplier and manufacturer. Please note that we do not accept returns. However, exchanges will be considered in the event of a manufacturer's defect, provided it is within the warranty period. Warranty lengths vary by manufacturer.

Eco-Friendly Commitment
At Evolve, we are proud to be an eco-friendly salon, partnered with Green Circle Salons to reduce our environmental impact. A $2.18 eco fee is added to each service to help us responsibly recycle and reclaim salon waste, such as hair, excess color, and foil.
