Cancellation Policy
With consideration, please give your stylist 48hrs notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your service booking.
Please note that cancellations within 36 hrs of your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
All no shows or last minute cancellations within 24 hrs of your service will be subject to 100% of the service before pre booking again.
Cell Phones
While at Evolve, please be considerate of others in our environment while using your cell phone. We love to see your inspirational photos and use ours for before and afters. During your appointment we recommend turning your phone to silent or vibrate.
Return Policy
We will gladly exchange any unopened, unused product with proof of purchase within 7 days.
Allergy or reaction based returns will be addressed on an individual bases.
Hot tool warranties vary according to supplier and manufacturer, no returns. Exchanges will be accepted in the event of manufacturers defect within the warranty period. Warrant period varies by manufacturer.
Eco Friendly
We are an eco friendly salon working with our partners Green Circle Salons. With each service 2 dollar eco fee is added to responsibly recycle and reclaim salon waste such as your hair, excess color and foil. We are thankful to be able to do our part for the environment.
