Hi! I’m Erin!
(@ecohairbyerin)
I started my hair career in the year 2000 in Saskatoon SK and then moved to Jasper AB to play in the mountains and build my hair skills.
After 3 years I relocated to Victoria to grow both my clientele and knowledge in cutting and colouring hair. I was able to take countless educational classes through the Aveda network and really hone in on my passion for clean products. I competed in numerous competitions winning education opportunities in both Milan Italy and New York City! I strongly believe that everything we put on our bodies should be safe, for stylists that work with them, clients and Mother Earth!
I am a very much a people person and love that I work in an industry where and I can be creative and social at the same time. I look forward to seeing you in my chair!

How many years have you been in the industry?
20 Years
What is your favourite service to provide and why?
I love love love short, textured hair cuts. I feel the most creative with my skills when cutting short hair.
What do you love most about guest services?
I love human connection. As stylists we have the opportunity to connect with people of all walks of life. Over the past 20 years I have learned SO much from every person that I've had the privilege of servicing in my chair. Many of which have helped shape me to be the person that I am.
What is an accomplishment you're proud of?
Im definitely proud of how hard I've worked over the past 20 years to be in the place that I am today but I'd say I'm most proud of the tiny human that I'm raising and seeing what a caring, thoughtful, compassionate person she is developing in to.
Tell me about a goal you have professionally and personally.
Professionally and personally are kind of the same for me. My over all life goal is to be happy. Being able to continue to work beside talented and happy people as well as surrounding myself with like minded people in my personal circle.
What is something your guests might not know about you?
Haha that's a tough one. I'm an open book. Connecting with people is such a big part of what I love so I share a lot.
